Group Training Course in Meteorology 2007 (11 September - 15 December 2007)

Group Training Course in Meteorology 2007 --- Group photo   From 11 September to 15 December, the Group Training Course in Meteorology of this year is held in Tokyo, inviting eight participants from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Iran, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Zimbabwe. This course is organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), aiming at providing participants with knowledge and skills to utilize data and products disseminated by advanced meteorological centers, and to motivate participants to formulate future plans to further modernize their meteorological services.
